how to make my dog do this?
okay so im a big fan of caesar milan and his pitbull Daddy.
i was wondering if anyone knows how to do what he makes daddy do in this video

during 1:50 seconds.
he says the word “pacefff” (or something to that extent) and then daddy stands up and barks at the person.
is this some special type of training? im in the process of training my dog to bark on command, but i want him to do the same type of bark that daddy does and show the same body lanuage. its like daddy is protecting ceasar and warning the guy.
i would love to teach my dog how to do this. does anybody know how to or where i can teach my dog to do this?

hi, im a dog trainer by profession. first off labs are, in my opinion, one of the best breeds. i have a 6 month old Chocolate lab myself. to answer you question, you have to know that like people, dogs have different personalities and respond differently to different types of training. so its important to find out how he learns the best. never beat the dog though, when i say different types of training, i mean clicker training, treat training, or just voice training. my dog for example just wants to make me happy, so he does what i want just by me asking him to then i praise him and pet him and hes happy, most labs are like that. all my dogs i have had would bark on command, however its important to be very knowledgeable about dogs, before you train them to do this so they don’t end up biting someone. some dogs and particular breeds are better at this than others, in order to train a dog to bark when you tell them to, they have to bark sometimes at people or when your playing with them. odds are your dog being a lab, is programed to please its master. when he barks, say good boy/girl, pet you dog and say bark(or what ever command you want) to it alot while its doing it. labs are smart dogs so he should catch on quick.it may take several times, but stick with it. if your dog never barks, you’ll be unable to do this. if you try and still can not do it, find a good local dog Trainer. well hope this helps, brad
