Where can I purchase dog clothing like a sweater that will fit a Miniature Pinscher?

My brother just recently came to stay with me in the North East from Florida and his 2 little Miniature Pinschers really need some type of clothing to keep them warm as they will be here throughout the winter. I have bought I don’t know how many sweaters thinking they will fit and then they don’t. Miniature Pinschers chest and abdomens are really big for their size and also their front legs seem to be placed differently too because all the arm openings seem to cut into their front legs. If anybody could lead me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated, as I have looked everywhere and can’t come up with anything. Thanks!
I’ve tried stores like Petco, Petsmart, walmart and had no luck…I have like $100 in doggie sweaters that don’t fit them. The length from neck to tail is fine, its where the arm holes are placed and then the chest part is way too tight but then If I go up a size they are way too big. If I knew how to knit I would just make my own, lol.
